How to Set Up AIRPASS™
AIRPASS™ Quick Start Guide Clean Truck Check Compliance Made Easy

LOCATE THE DLC PORT
Find your vehicle’s DLC port — typically located under the dashboard toward the left of the steering wheel.

TURN OFF THE IGNITION
Ensure the engine is off before connecting the device.

CONNECT THE AIRPASS
Plug the AIRPASS into your vehicle’s:

16-PIN OBD-II or
-
9-PIN J1939 port using the included Y-cable adapter

SECURE THE SETUP
Mount the device away from pedals and moving parts, no need to follow “THIS SIDE UP” the orientation does not matter.
Use the included zip ties to secure all cables—preferably beneath the dashboard.

CONFIRM THE LED'S
Flashing = Searching for signal
Solid Orange = Signal locked
Solid Blue = AIRPASS connection is stable

START THE ENGINE
Fast Flashing Green = Engine activity detected
Solid Green = Connection to engine confirmed
AIRPASS INSTALL 9 PIN
AIRPASS INSTALL 16 PIN
YOU’RE ALL SET!
AIRPASS is now connected and ready to transmit Clean Truck Check data via AIRLINK.
